Our Goals in Achieving Successful Resolution

Mediation is conducted in a safe, respectful environment that encourages open and honest communication. Each party has the opportunity to be heard without interruption, in their own time, and can have a support person/representative present.

The mediator will listen carefully to each party’s perception of the problem—without judgment or bias—and maintain neutrality throughout the process. This ensures that each person's experience and viewpoint are validated, laying the groundwork for genuine understanding.

Our mediations are typically scheduled as a six-hour session, allowing ample opportunity for meaningful dialogue, and mutually agreed resolution.

Our goal is to facilitate outcomes that are fair, balanced, and reasonable—solutions that each party can live with but which are enforceable at law.
